These Terms and Conditions apply only to the Real Time Property Damage text-alert program operated by RealtyInsights LLC. They do not replace the terms governing your Real Time Property Damage subscription or other delivery channels.
Opt-in and consent
By entering a mobile number, actively selecting the text-alert consent checkbox, and choosing “Yes, sign me up!”, you agree to receive recurring automated SMS messages from Real Time Property Damage, a service operated by RealtyInsights LLC, at the mobile number you provide. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
Message content
Messages contain Real Time Property Damage alerts about fire, smoke, water, and other property-damage leads matching your account settings. Messages may include incident or lead information and operational notices directly related to the text-alert program.
Message frequency
Message frequency varies based on qualifying lead activity and your account settings. There is no fixed or guaranteed number of messages.
Charges
Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier's rates and terms govern any charges for sending or receiving text messages.
Opt-out and help
Reply STOP to unsubscribe from Real Time Property Damage text alerts at any time. After you opt out, you may receive one final message confirming your request. Reply HELP for help, or email [email protected]. Opting out of text alerts does not change your email, call, or CSV delivery settings.
Delivery
Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Text-message delivery may be affected by carrier availability, network conditions, device compatibility, and other factors outside our control.
Your mobile number
You represent that you are the subscriber or customary user of the mobile number you enroll and that you are authorized to consent to messages at that number. If you change or relinquish the number, reply STOP before doing so or contact us so we can remove it from the program.
Privacy
Our handling of mobile numbers and text-alert consent is described in the Real Time Property Damage Privacy Policy. We do not share, sell, rent, or transfer mobile phone numbers or text-message opt-in data or consent to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Program changes
We may suspend or discontinue the text-alert program and may update these terms. Any updated version will be posted here with a new effective date, and additional notice will be provided when required by law.
