- Billing information: subscription and transaction details. Payment-card information is collected and processed by Stripe. We do not store complete payment-card numbers.

If you opt in to Real Time Property Damage text alerts, you agree to receive recurring automated text messages about fire, smoke, water, and other property-damage leads matching your account settings. Retention and security
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain required consent and transaction records, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. You may update available account and alert preferences through your private lead-settings link or by contacting us. You may opt out of text alerts at any time by replying STOP.
